Suggestions
Follow a calendar and inConcept puts its days on the calendar: trade fairs, open days, promotions, meetings. What falls within six weeks and fits your brand becomes a suggestion.
For whoever may manage campaigns. You need a calendar you can share publicly, or an .ics file.
An organisation has dates that matter for its communication: a trade fair, an open day, the start of a promotion, an anniversary, an election in the sector. If they are in a calendar, nobody has to type them over. inConcept reads the calendar every morning and puts its days on the calendar in inConcept, beside the texts that are planned. What falls within six weeks and fits your brand also shows under Suggestions, so the text is ready in time.
If you would rather not make your own work calendar public, make a separate calendar for the dates that matter, and connect only that one.
If you use another calendar, such as a trade association's, Proton or Fastmail, it usually goes like this:
