Terms of service

inConcept is a trading name of Re:group B.V. Below is what you can count on when you use inConcept, and what we expect from you. We've kept it as short and as plain as we could.

Version 4 August 2026

1. Who we are

inConcept is a service of Re:group B.V., registered at Albertusstraat 32, 5261 AD Vught, the Netherlands, listed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98144081, VAT number NL868374416B01. You can reach us at luuk@inconcept.ai.

In these terms, inConcept or we means that company, and you means the organisation that creates an account or takes out a subscription.

2. Who these terms apply to

inConcept is meant for professional use: companies, institutions, government bodies and self-employed professionals who communicate as part of their work. We don't enter into agreements with consumers. Whoever creates an account on behalf of an organisation confirms they are authorised to do so.

These terms apply to your use of the service, whether or not you are paying for it at that moment.

3. Your account and your organisation

An account belongs to one person; an organisation can hold several people. Administrators of an organisation can grant access, assign roles and withdraw access again. Anyone who only reads, comments or approves pays nothing.

You are responsible for who you give access to and for what happens under that access. Don't share login details.

4. The subscription

The subscription costs € 99 per month, excluding VAT, and includes three writer seats and 300 credits per month. An extra writer seat costs € 29 per month and brings 100 credits with it. Brands are unlimited and free.

The subscription runs per month and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; it takes effect at the end of the current month. You keep access until that date.

5. Credits

What you write with inConcept, you pay for in credits.

  • Monthly credits come with your subscription. They are reset to your plan's amount at the start of each billing period. Whatever you don't use that month expires.
  • Purchased credits are bought separately. They don't expire for as long as your subscription runs. When you write, we always use your monthly credits first.

A text costs 1 credit per 100 words, with a minimum of two, calculated over the length you ask for. Improving, rewriting and working with the writing assistant are free. If a text grows substantially longer than what you paid for, we charge the difference.

Credits are not money: they can't be exchanged for cash, can't be transferred to another organisation and are not refundable. When your subscription ends, your purchased credits end with it.

6. Buying credits and refunds

Purchased credits are available immediately and are therefore not refundable. Because you are buying as a business, there is no statutory cooling-off period.

If we do refund a purchase, or your bank reverses a payment, we take the corresponding credits back. If they have already been spent, your balance goes below zero and you can only continue writing once you top it up again. In the event of a chargeback we may suspend your access while the case is open.

7. Payment, VAT and invoices

Payment runs through our payment provider Stripe. You can pay by card, iDEAL, Bancontact or direct debit. The subscription is charged automatically each month; credit purchases are paid per transaction.

All amounts exclude VAT. We calculate VAT according to the rules of the country where you are established. If you are a business customer outside the Netherlands but within the EU with a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse charged.

You'll find your invoices in your billing area. If a payment fails, we retry and show it to you in the app. If payment doesn't come through, we may block writing after a short grace period. Your data and your texts stay where they are.

Prices can change. We'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel effective from the date the new price takes effect.

8. Fair use

The subscription is meant for normal use by the people in your organisation. To keep the service workable for everyone, there is a usage limit per user per hour. If you notice that limit, you're writing faster than a human can read, and we'll get in touch rather than cut you off.

Not allowed: sharing access outside your organisation, reselling the service or offering it as your own product, generating texts automatically at scale, or trying to reach the underlying models outside the app.

9. What you bring and what you get

What you bring stays yours: your sources, your brand information and your texts. What inConcept writes for you is yours as soon as it is generated, and you may use and publish it without restriction.

We use your content only to provide the service to you, and not to train models. You are responsible for what you supply: that you are allowed to use it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

The software, the brand analysis and everything we build around it stays ours.

10. What inConcept does and doesn't do

inConcept writes proposals; you publish. Texts are generated by language models and can contain errors, inventions or unintended wording. You check what you publish, certainly where facts, figures, names or legal statements are involved. We are not responsible for the consequences of published texts.

Don't use inConcept for unlawful, misleading or harmful content, or to pass yourself off as someone else.

11. Availability

We do our best to keep the service available, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability. We announce maintenance where we can. The service changes as things improve; features may be added or removed. If something essential to your use disappears, we'll let you know in advance.

12. Personal data

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy statement. For the data you put into inConcept we are the processor and you are the controller; we enter into a data processing agreement for that. We work with a limited number of other parties needed to deliver the service, including our hosting, our database and the provider of the language models. The current list is in the data processing agreement.

13. Confidentiality

What we learn about each other that isn't public, we keep to ourselves. That applies during our work together and afterwards.

14. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damage, including lost revenue, reputational damage and loss of data. These limitations don't apply in case of intent or wilful recklessness.

15. Cancelling and ending

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription runs until the end of the paid period. After that your access ends, and any remaining credits end with it. Make sure you export what you want to keep before then; exporting is always possible while the subscription runs.

We may end the agreement if you don't pay despite a reminder, or if you use the service in a way that conflicts with these terms or with the law.

After termination we keep your data for another 30 days, so you can still come back. After that we delete it, except for what we are legally required to keep, such as our accounting records.

16. Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. We'll announce changes at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel effective from the date they take effect.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. We'll bring disputes before the competent court in the Oost-Brabant district, unless we work it out together, which we'll try first.
