What inConcept does, how it learns your brand voice and how you work in it with colleagues.
6 questions
Those models write well, but they don't know your organisation. Every colleague starts over, with their own prompt and their own result. inConcept captures your brand voice, sources and agreements once and carries them into every text, for everyone. Around that sits what a standalone chat lacks: suggestions from your sources, review and approval, and a record of where a text was published.
Read the full comparisonYes. inConcept draws the brand voice from your website and your own texts, and writes every new text in that voice. Run several brands, and each gets its own voice at no extra cost. Writing on behalf of a director or spokesperson? Then the text sounds like that person.
From the analysis of your website and your own texts. Every brand gets its own brand voice and every person their own personal voice. A colleague using it for the first time still writes text that sounds like you, because the voice is captured in your organisation and not in whatever someone happens to type.
Anyone you invite. Reviewers comment on a text and give their approval, and don't count as writers. For every text you see who reviewed it, what was changed and who approved it.
No. inConcept takes the research and the first draft off your hands, so your team keeps its time for the work that matters. You stay in control: nothing goes out that nobody has read.
With a free account, no credit card needed. You enter your website and inConcept starts the brand analysis right away. After that you keep trying for seven days, with three writers and as many brands as you like.
Which AI models inConcept uses and where your data lives.

That's your choice. inConcept works straight away with a built-in model, such as Claude. Prefer your own? Connect it via an API, and you decide which model processes your communication.
That depends on what you do with it. For individual work an AI assistant is enough. As soon as several people write on behalf of the organisation, inConcept adds what an assistant does not arrange: one brand voice for everyone, review and approval, and a record of what appeared when. The two can be used side by side.
Yes. You connect inConcept to Claude or ChatGPT once and then ask for a text in a conversation. inConcept writes it in your brand's voice. This is not yet possible with Gemini and Copilot.
Personal and organisation data is stored in the EU. For writing, inConcept uses AI models in the US, and what goes there is anonymised. Your data is not shared with others and stays in your own environment.
What it costs, what a credit is, who counts as a writer and how you pay or cancel.

Seven days of inConcept, no credit card. You create an account, enter your website and inConcept starts the brand analysis right away. In those seven days you have room for up to 150 texts, three writers and as many brands as you like. Want to continue, then you pick a subscription.
No. inConcept is a subscription of its own, from €99 a month for three writers, and the built-in model is included. An AI assistant beside it is useful for all your other work, but not needed to write with inConcept.
Anyone who generates or edits text: your own team, a freelancer or an agency working for you. People who only read, comment or approve are free and unlimited.
It's what you spend to have a text written, and the price follows the length: 1 credit per 100 words, minimum 2. So a social post costs 2 credits, a press release 4, a five-minute speech 8. A newsletter is charged per item in it. You see the cost before you start.
No. Rewrite, shorten, change the tone or ask for a different angle as often as you like, and if a text doesn't work out, have it written again. You pay per text you start, not per attempt. Only if you make a text a lot longer do you pay for the extra length, because that is new text.
Your balance is in your settings and topping up takes a few clicks. Texts already underway are finished as normal.
Monthly credits are for that month. Credits you top up never expire while your subscription runs, and monthly credits are always used first, so what you paid extra for is never lost.
No. One organisation is one subscription and brands are unlimited. They share the same writers and credits, and every brand keeps its own brand voice. Only a part that truly stands on its own, with its own team and its own news, gets its own subscription.
Always, both ways. Adding a writer takes effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Removing a writer takes effect on your next billing date. Everything you have published stays yours.

For agencies and freelancers who use inConcept for their clients: commission, access and billing.

Because an agency does work we would otherwise have to do ourselves. You get to know the client, set up their brand voice, think along about what's worth publishing, and you're the first port of call when something comes up. That saves us a lot of hand-holding and gets the client better communication. The commission is how we put something back.
Never. A client company is €99 whether they sign up themselves or you set it up for them. Our prices are simply on our website, so there's nothing for your client to discover later. The commission comes out of our margin, not their pocket.
Only if you want to. Decide per client: put it on your invoice, or let them pay directly. Either way you stay linked as their agency and earn the same rate. If you pay, the client never sees your payment details — and the other way round just as little.
You don't have to be invited again at every client: you link your agency to a client once, then give your people access in a single action. Anyone who writes at a client does fill one of that client's writer slots, usually within the three already included.
Yes. You decide who from your team sits in a writer slot at that client, at any moment and at no extra cost. If every slot is taken, an extra writer is €29, including 100 credits.
You link your agency to the client's organisation, or you set that organisation up yourself during the trial. The client sees in their settings which agency is linked, who from it has access and what you're allowed to do. They can end the link at any time or transfer it to another agency.
Whatever the client grants you. By default you can do everything the work requires, including publishing on their behalf. They can switch that off if they want to sign off themselves. Billing is off by default: you buy nothing at their expense unless they turn it on. Deleting an organisation is something an agency can never do.
They keep everything: brands, history and published work. Billing moves to them, you unlink, and your current rate stays in place for a full quarter, so one departure doesn't cost you twice.
Yes. You create a regular organisation for that, just like your clients. It simply counts as one of the companies you manage, so you're your own client.
From sixteen clients your rate is 25%, and we'll work out terms together, including anything you need around onboarding new clients.
