Get in touch
  • Seven days of inConcept, no credit card. You create an account, enter your website and inConcept starts the brand analysis right away. In those seven days you have room for up to 150 texts, three writers and as many brands as you like. Want to continue, then you pick a subscription.

  • Anyone who generates or edits text: your own team, a freelancer or an agency working for you. People who only read, comment or approve are free and unlimited.

  • It's what you spend to have a text written, and the price follows the length: 1 credit per 100 words, minimum 2. So a social post costs 2 credits, a press release 4, a five-minute speech 8. A newsletter is charged per item in it. You see the cost before you start.

  • No. Rewrite, shorten, change the tone or ask for a different angle as often as you like, and if a text doesn't work out, have it written again. You pay per text you start, not per attempt. Only if you make a text a lot longer do you pay for the extra length, because that is new text.

  • Your balance is in your settings and topping up takes a few clicks. Texts already underway are finished as normal.

  • Monthly credits are for that month. Credits you top up never expire while your subscription runs, and monthly credits are always used first, so what you paid extra for is never lost.

  • No. One organisation is one subscription and brands are unlimited. They share the same writers and credits, and every brand keeps its own brand voice. Only a part that truly stands on its own, with its own team and its own news, gets its own subscription.

  • Always, both ways. Adding a writer takes effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Removing a writer takes effect on your next billing date. Everything you have published stays yours.

  • With iDEAL, credit card or SEPA direct debit. Prefer to pay by invoice, for instance through your purchasing department? Get in touch and we'll arrange it.

  • Personal and organisation data is stored in the EU. For writing, inConcept uses AI models in the US, and what goes there is anonymised. Your data is not shared with others and stays in your own environment.

  • From the analysis of your website and your own texts. Every brand gets its own brand voice and every person their own personal voice. A colleague using it for the first time still writes text that sounds like you, because the voice is captured in your organisation and not in whatever someone happens to type.
