If you are a customer
You do it yourself, in inConcept, and it is gone right away.
- Removing a connection: open the brand or person, go to Settings and remove the account under Connections. The posts we read from that account and the bio go with it.
- Deleting an example text: a post you kept as an example text stays until you remove it. Open Text types, choose the text type and delete the text.
- An adopted logo or photo: replace or remove it under Settings, in General.
- Everything of a brand or person: delete the brand or person at the bottom of Settings. The connections and everything we read from them go with it.
If you cancel your subscription, we delete all of your organisation's data 30 days after it ends, as the privacy statement describes.
If you are not a customer
If an inConcept customer connected your website or your account and you want that data deleted, email luuk@inconcept.ai. Mention the address of the website or the account, so we know which data it concerns.
For that data we are the processor and the customer is the controller. We pass your request on to them, make sure the data is deleted within a month, and let you know when it is done.
What is then gone
- The posts we read from the account: text, link, date and the number of likes and comments.
- What the account says about itself: the bio and an adopted profile picture or logo.
- Example texts made from those posts.
- Text we read from the website, if it concerns a website.
Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis, so it disappears from them by itself within about 30 days.
