Look after all your clients from one team and earn commission on what they spend with us.
inConcept is built for people who don't write for one brand, but for ten.
Your agency is one place. From there you put your people on every client you look after.
Access in a single action
Link your agency to a client once and give your team access.
Switch who writes
A colleague jumps in, at any moment and at no extra cost.
For your own agency too
You manage your own organisation just like your clients'.
Whoever writes, the text gets the client's brand voice and the personal voice of whoever signs it.
A brand voice per client
Every client its own brand analysis and brand voice, separate from the rest.
A personal voice per sender
The director sounds like the director, even when you write the text.
Past work as reference
The client's existing texts show what works.
You do the work, the client decides what you may do. That makes saying yes easier.
Permissions per client
By default everything the work requires, and the client can narrow it down.
Review and approval
The client reads along and signs off before anything goes live.
Hand over intact
If a client moves on without you, they keep everything.
Tell us about your agency and your clients. We'll walk through how the partner programme works for you.
Link an existing client, or set up the organisation yourself during the trial.

Get in touchBecause an agency does work we would otherwise have to do ourselves. You get to know the client, set up their brand voice, think along about what's worth publishing, and you're the first port of call when something comes up. That saves us a lot of hand-holding and gets the client better communication. The commission is how we put something back.
Never. A client company is €99 whether they sign up themselves or you set it up for them. Our prices are simply on our website, so there's nothing for your client to discover later. The commission comes out of our margin, not their pocket.
Only if you want to. Decide per client: put it on your invoice, or let them pay directly. Either way you stay linked as their agency and earn the same rate. If you pay, the client never sees your payment details — and the other way round just as little.
You don't have to be invited again at every client: you link your agency to a client once, then give your people access in a single action. Anyone who writes at a client does fill one of that client's writer slots, usually within the three already included.
Yes. You decide who from your team sits in a writer slot at that client, at any moment and at no extra cost. If every slot is taken, an extra writer is €29, including 100 credits.
You link your agency to the client's organisation, or you set that organisation up yourself during the trial. The client sees in their settings which agency is linked, who from it has access and what you're allowed to do. They can end the link at any time or transfer it to another agency.
Whatever the client grants you. By default you can do everything the work requires, including publishing on their behalf. They can switch that off if they want to sign off themselves. Billing is off by default: you buy nothing at their expense unless they turn it on. Deleting an organisation is something an agency can never do.
They keep everything: brands, history and published work. Billing moves to them, you unlink, and your current rate stays in place for a full quarter, so one departure doesn't cost you twice.
Yes. You create a regular organisation for that, just like your clients. It simply counts as one of the companies you manage, so you're your own client.
From sixteen clients your rate is 25%, and we'll work out terms together, including anything you need around onboarding new clients.
