AI assistants

Connect an AI assistant

Brainstorm in the AI assistant you already use, and let inConcept write the text in your brand's voice.

What it is

Many people think out loud in Claude or ChatGPT. They brainstorm, sort their thoughts and then want a text. With the connection you ask for that text in the same conversation, and inConcept writes it: in the voice of your brand or of a person in your organisation, with the text types, lessons and earlier texts you set up in inConcept. The text is then ready in Briefs straight away.

Claude or ChatGPT holds the conversation. inConcept writes. So you get the ease of your own AI assistant and the voice and quality of inConcept.

What you can do from the conversation

  • Have a text written. From a LinkedIn post to a blog or press release, in the voice of your brand or of a person. For a single post, what you say in the conversation is enough.
  • Write from a brief. For texts that matter, inConcept first sets up a brief: occasion, core message, background and audience. If something is missing, Claude or ChatGPT asks you first instead of filling it in. One brief can produce several texts at once.
  • Refine in your own words. "Shorter", "open with a question", "less formal". inConcept rewrites the text in the same voice and keeps every round as a version.
  • Send for review. Name a colleague and inConcept sends the text for review with an email.
  • Approve and plan. Mark a text as approved, or plan it on a day in the calendar.
  • Record that something was published. Say a text is live, with the link, and inConcept records it.

Publishing itself happens in inConcept. Every text comes back with a link, so you open it there in one click.

What it costs

A text costs the same credits as when you write it in inConcept. Refining is free, unless the text grows past what was paid. The conversation itself runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan.

Privacy and your own voice

  • The writing instructions stay with inConcept. Claude or ChatGPT gets the text back, never the instructions, voice profile or editorial rules it was written with.
  • Colleagues' names do not go there. inConcept passes on no names or email addresses of its users. If you name a colleague for a review, inConcept looks them up itself.
  • You decide what it may do. The connection works with your account and your rights in inConcept. You can disconnect at any time, in your account under Claude and ChatGPT.
