It all sounds the same.

You see it at once: nobody really wrote this. And you scroll on. Your readers do the same, with your posts too.

Recognise this?

“Not faster, not cheaper, but smarter.”

“The result? A unique experience!”

“Together we're building — step by step — tomorrow.”

“🚀 Big news! ✅ Next step taken 💡 Curious?”

This is how inConcept takes the tricks out.

The same post, first as an assistant writes it, then as the brand would say it.

An example. What inConcept finds is different for every brand.

A character per brand, and per person.

The brand and everyone who signs get a shape of their own. They resemble each other, because they belong to the same organisation, but they aren't the same. Run several brands, and each gets its own character, at no extra cost.

Every text type its own form, and it keeps learning.

A LinkedIn post asks for different style and form rules than a press release. inConcept knows that form, and adapts where the editors want it different.

Questions

About the brand voice

Is your question not here?

Get in touch
  • Then you refine the brand voice. Say in the chat what should change, or give a text that does sound like you. inConcept shows a proposal first, and you can also edit each part by hand. Every change becomes a new version, so an earlier one can always be restored.

  • Not necessarily. A person starts with the brand's tone, and texts on their behalf can be written straight away. A voice of their own comes with the voice test, eighteen choices between two sentences. They take it themselves, or someone who knows them well does.

  • A summary of how you sound, the tone on six axes (formality, closeness, brevity, officialese, directness and emotion), the audience, style rules, words that suit you and words you avoid, and hard rules that always apply. Next to that, inConcept records what you do under About the brand: services, markets, mission and themes.

  • Yes. Each brand gets its own brand voice and its own connections, at no extra cost. For each text you pick the brand, and when someone signs, the person too.
